Skid-Mounted Gas Filtration Systems

Infiltek builds complete gas filtration systems, not just the vessel. We package ASME gas filter vessels with the piping, valves, instrumentation, liquid handling and controls your process needs, assemble and test the system on one frame in our Mississauga shop, and ship it ready to tie in at site. That shortens field work and puts responsibility for the whole package in one place.

What a System Includes

• Vertical or horizontal gas filter vessels, single or duplex for uninterrupted service during element changes
• Inlet and outlet isolation, bypass, relief and drain valves
• Liquid collection, level control and automatic or manual drain to a collection vessel
• Differential pressure gauges, transmitters and element-change alarms
• Pressure, temperature and flow instrumentation tied to your control system
• Structural steel frame, piping supports, walkways and drip containment as required
• Electrical and instrument wiring to a junction box or local control panel, to hazardous area classification

Engineered to Your Conditions

Each system is sized from your gas composition, flow rate, operating and design pressure, temperature range, inlet contaminant load and the outlet cleanliness you need to protect downstream equipment such as compressors, turbines, meters, regulators and burners. We work from your process data sheet and piping specification, or from a description of the duty if you do not have one yet.

Codes, Testing and Documentation

• ASME Section VIII, Division 1 vessels with U or UM stamp, TSSA and CRN registered
• Piping fabricated and tested to the applicable code and your line class
• Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, NDT and functional checks before shipment
• Quality control data book, general arrangement and P&ID drawings, and an operation and maintenance manual
